the cozy deluxe double room was a perfect spot after enjoying the festive light show. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience memorable. we loved the live country music at the hickman bar and singing with fellow guests. all in all, a fun night!

I stayed with family and enjoyed the view of the lake and the Festival of Lights. The suite had a fireplace and a small kitchen. We felt comfortable gathering for happy hour with real wine glasses. The dining room was nice, and breakfast was satisfying. The service was good despite a slow start with check-in.
We faced a check-in delay, which was not ideal after a long trip. There was also an obstruction at the entrance with towels that could have been handled better.
